Application conditions

It is suitable for point-to-point micron and nanometer rapid positioning, can meet 5m/s or even higher speeds, unlimited travel, high/low speed fluctuations and harsh working conditions, and precise force control.

Typical cases: front-end/back-end wafer handling and inspection equipment, photovoltaic cells and lithium batteries, glass and LCD panels, biomedical equipment, industrial printers, laser processing and other inspection applications that require high-speed and high-precision positioning, trajectory following or demanding speed control.
