Situations where flexible feeding is not suitable

Since the emergence of "flexible feeding", it has been known as "one flexible can be everything", but "flexible feeding" is not omnipotent, and we do not recommend it in several cases.
1. Is there a need for compatibility?
Of course, materials of a single type can be dispersed with a flexible vibration plate, but considering factors such as cost and beat, it is more appropriate to use a circular vibration plate. The flow channel design of the circular vibration plate is generally customized for one material, so the stability is guaranteed, the accuracy is higher, and the feeding speed will be faster.
However, there are also cases where the circular vibration plate is not suitable, such as materials that are easy to connect and materials that will get stuck. In this case, we have to consider the flexible vibration plate.
2. Different ways of feeding
Mixed materials are suitable for flexible feeding, but in addition to mixed materials, there are many materials that are neat in themselves. For example, fragile materials, materials with high requirements for surface finish, and materials that are already stacked after the previous process, we recommend using trays for feeding.
This feeding method provides the highest degree of protection for materials, and multiple parts can be sucked at the same time, but the incoming materials cannot be messy and must be placed neatly in the tray first.
3. Look at the characteristics of the material itself
For example, oily materials, because the oil is sticky, will not only make the materials stick together, but also affect the pick-and-place operation and accuracy. In addition, the oil on the tray surface may accumulate more and more during use, directly interfering with vision. At present, there is no good solution for flexible feeding.
