If selecting an automation supplier can be as simple as online shopping, many bosses will probably wake up laughing in their dreams. Obviously, the reality is much more complicated. Inexperienced companies often bump around like headless flies, and what they bump into depends entirely on luck.

For an automation line, no matter how exaggerated it is, the biggest test is actually stability.
Non-standard development is risky in itself, so if you want to introduce automation, it is best to first look at the automation companies on the market that have mature cases of this product in this industry.
Having done mature cases means that their technicians are not zero-knowledge of this product, and the pits and trials and errors they have stepped on have now become valuable experience.
Even if the materials are not 100% the same, previous experience can be used as a reference, and engineers will think from a wider angle and are more willing to polish the details and places that are prone to go wrong. For example, where we need to consider the fault tolerance space, where we can reduce redundant designs, and where we can improve the production rate after optimization...
With the trial and error of the previous project, we can be more meticulous in the new project.
